Honoring #NationalButtonWeek today at storytime wi Honoring #NationalButtonWeek today at storytime with Pete The Cat and The Button Book. We are going to make button caterpillars as our craft! We hope you can join us for the fun! 

Did you know the oldest button ever found dates back 5,000 years and was made of a curved shell?! Also, during the World Wars, the British and U.S. Military used button lockets, which were buttons constructed like lockets to store compasses!
